REO Asset Management

Objective: To utilize and maximize my knowledge of Bakersfield and surrounding cities in the real estate market in order to establish a relationship by representing lenders and asset management companies in the disposition and marketing of REO properties.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in precise and quickly completed BPO’s for Clear Capital, Integrated Asset Service, Old Republic, Brokers Asset Mgmt, GRP Financial Services, Network Mortgage Servicing, E-Mortgage logic and Asset Valuation and Marketing.
• Experience in REO loss mitigation, cash for keys, occupancy reports, marketing of foreclosed properties, trash out, monthly status reports, and loss mitigation duties.
• Providing a complete list of Concierge services for all work related repairs by a licensed professional.
• Have successfully closed escrow on over 300 REO properties with the determination and energy to always take on more business without sacrificing consistence and exceptional quality!
